What is your late policy?
If you are going to be late, please message us. If you are past 15 minutes late you will be charged your deposit and your appointment will have to be cancelled.
What is your cancellation and rebooking policy?
Vely Beauty reserves the right to charge your deposit for the service booked for any appointment that is not cancelled within a 48 hour advance notice. A client with three cancellations in a row risks being terminated from our practice. Multiple “No Shows” in any 12 month period will result in termination from our services.
Do you do foreign lash fills?
No we do not do foreign lash fills, please book for a removal & new set. Any fill appointments made by new clients will be cancelled.
How should I prepare for my first appointment?
Please arrive on time with a bare face and do not consume any caffeine beforehand, for facials please know what products you are using at home and skip any strong at home treatments a week prior.
